Q. I can only deposit through an ATM machine, so what do I do about not being able to add my birth date?
A. Just like it was said in the notice, putting your name and birthday is for being able to check that you deposited. Like it was said on number 2 on the notice, you’re allowed to deposit with just your name. When you are depositing with someone else’s name, follow step #5 on the sign up form and correctly write the depositor’s name and you will be fine.
Q. I deposited but the seconds will not come out.
A. When the seconds aren’t there, it’s okay if you just write the minutes.
It was just in case there’s anyone who overlaps even with their names, birth dates, and up to the minute they deposited, so seconds do not matter much ^^
Q. I want to get a refund, but how should I?
A. If you refer to the #6 on the notice (T/N: On my translations, it says [Notice!!]. Everything under there), it had previously been said that you cannot ask for a refund once you sign up for the fanclub.
Changing your mind about the membership will not allow to you get a refund, and we are only refunding after checking through the list if you exceeded the amount needed to be deposited or sent a duplicate.
Notice about refunds will be posted after the list has been checked through.
Q. I changed my nickname on the official fancafe. Do I resend an edited e-mail?
A. If you correctly write your ID from the official fancafe, you don’t need your nickname.
There is no need to send an e-mail telling us that you changed your nickname.
Also, we ask that you refrain from sending us e-mails about a change in address or contact information.
We plan to post a notice about changes in personal information before the finalized shipment of fangoods starts. For a quicker process with checking the list, please refrain from sending us e-mails about a change in information.
Q. When will my e-mail be checked?
A. We are currently checking it frequently.
We currently have checked all the emails till February 8th (W) at 2 PM. (T/N: This was written on Feb. 22). We ask that you wait and after the list is checked through, we will reply to you about additional information. To those who received our reply, you send another e-mail with the additional information. Checking the list will be going through past March 9th, and because the fanclub membership is being given through depositing, the list checking will be continuing on till it is complete.
We predict that checking through the list will be finished around the end of March, but it may be later depending on the amount of people that register.
Q. When do the cards and official goods come?
A. After the list is completely checked, production of official goods and the cards will take place.
